Waterfall bath faucets are very similar to miniature versions of Niagara Falls.  They work by spreading the water out over a wide distance similar to a natural waterfall. This can give a very calm soothing effect while you are running your water for your bath.  This also gives the water flow a very unique look compared to the traditional bathroom faucet.

There are many different styles and makers for bathroom faucets. Some of the more famous brands include Kohler, Hahns Grohe, and Moen.  Keep in mind that you normally get what you pay for, when it comes to bathroom fixtures. Lower end fixtures may not last as long and may be subject to dripping.  The finish may also most likely chip or fade away over time.

If you are remodeling your bathroom, you should consider upgrading your faucet fixtures. Bathroom remodeling is a very simple project if you have any sort of mechanical skills. If you're not comfortable in attempting this project yourself, you can also hire a licensed plumber.  If you wish to do this on a budget, you can also consider hiring a licensed plumber from craigslist as well. Keep in mind that you should always check references advance, before you commit to using any plumber.

Remodeling your bathroom can greatly increase the resale value of your home. Keep in mind that bathrooms and kitchens are usually want to sell homes.  If you do decide to change your fixtures, you may also want to consider other bathroom improvements at the same time. The cost of bathroom remodeling will depend on the size of your bathroom, and the type of bathroom fixtures you wish to purchase.
