What is the typical lead time for plastic corrugated signs?

The advantage to using corrugated plastic signs is that they are easy to manufacture and typically do not require a long lead time. Depending on how busy your local print shop is, they can usually turn around your signs in a couple days or so. If you order from the Internet, you may want to also factor in a couple days for the time as well along with shipping time.

How long do corrugated signs last for?

The estimated lifespan of your corrugated plastic sign will vary depending on whether or not you use it inside or outdoors. In an indoor setting, a plastic sign can last for years especially if it is away from the windows. UV light will cause your sign to fade faster. In an outdoor setting you can expect are assigned to last anywhere from six months to a year or so. The biggest variables for your signs and durability include general weather conditions such as amount of direct sunlight, wind, rain and snow.

What colors do corrugated signs come in?

You can purchase corrugated plastic signs in a variety of colors. These include your basic colors such as red, orange, yellow, green, white, black and blue.  Stock colors for Coroplast sheets include: White, Black, Yellow, Blue, Green, Natural, Granby Blue and JM Gray. Nonstandard colors include: Brown, Ivory, Orange, Red, Navy, and Silver. Please keep in mind however that your local sign retailer may not carry all colors. If you're looking for a specific color you may want to consider ordering your signs online. You can also paint directly on the coroplast material with an airbrush or spray paint can.

How much do corrugated signs cost?

The cost of vary anywhere from $20 a sign that costs will depend on volume. If you could order about 100 of the same signs it will usually cost around a dollar per sign. This is very economical for usage in scenarios such as political yard signs. Double-sided signs will cost slightly more per unit compared to signs which are printed on one side. If you plan on using a large volume of signs, you may want to consider purchasing full sheets and creating the signs yourself.

Other variables will include colors and whether or not you want to use vinyl letters on the sign.  Usually, you can also have full-color logos and graphics printed directly on the corrugated plastic material.

How do I clean my corrugated plastic sign?

You can clean Coroplast signs by wiping them down with rubbing alcohol.  This will not have any degradation effects on the material.
