General forklift purchasing tips:

Forklifts are extremely versatile machines.  You can purchase various different types depending on your specific requirements.  If you plan on using your machine indoors, you should consider purchasing an electric pallet jack truck. Diesel forklift should only be used in the outdoors or well ventilated indoor environments. If you are looking for more ground clearance, you should consider purchasing trucks with Pneumatic tires.  You can purchase trucks from various dealers over the Internet, if you do not live near a forklift truck dealer.

When you are trying to understand the full cost of ownership, make sure you factor in all variables such as the cost of replacement parts, along with the labor and maintenance rates as well. If you are looking for a steady monthly payment, you may want to consider leasing or financing your material handling equipment. Financing can be extremely flexible, and you can also build in the cost of your maintenance into your monthly payment structure.
