If you happen to be displaying your exhibits in a union city such as Las Vegas, be sure you factor in labor as well. Keep in mind that when you purchase a tradeshow display, you will always want to purchase the hard case. Displays can be very fragile, easily damaged during shipping. Make sure that your employees are trained so that they do not damage display when they are setting it up, or taking it down. Oftentimes, people are rushing at the end of a long convention and will hastily tear things down. You want to make sure that parts are not damage or loss during this process.

If you're on a tight budget, you can also try printing your own graphics if you have a wide format printer.

Generic used trade show displays will usually cost less on the secondary market. If you're open-minded, you can also consider purchasing a used custom-designed booth. This may or may not work, depending on your ideal layout.
