Keurig B70 Platinum Single-Cup Home Brewing System Coffee Maker

The Keurig B70 coffee maker is an extremely wonderful single serving coffee dispenser. I first tried one at a hotel for work, and I decided to purchase my own unit for the house. There are many different brands for Coffee Machines, however the Keurig has the best selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate beverages. The K cups are a great way to make coffee in the morning, and is much cheaper than a morning Starbucks run.

Keurig has gathered support of a variety of gourmet coffee, tea, and cocoa manufacturers  including

• Gloria Jean's
• Celestial Seasonings (my personal favorite for tea!!!)
• Ghirardelli
  

K cup refills can be purchased online, or from local stores such as Bed Bath (save those 20% coupons you get in the mail, they come in handy).

The Keurig also has a refillable dispenser in case you wish to use your own pre-ground coffee.  I personally do not use this, and I feel it defeats the whole purpose of buying the machine.  If you wish to save on electricity, you can leave the unit in the off position.  I leave my on, so that the hot water is instant.

The Keurig Coffee maker also can make great gifts for others (I purchased one for my girlfriend last year, and she still uses it every day).

The only recommendation I have is to check with as many places as possible as the price of the K cup refills can vary greatly.  I personally try to purchase the coffee refills in bulk, in order to save on the shipping costs.  You can purchase these from Amazon and other online retailers. 

The basic models work just as well as the fancier high end versions.  They all do the same thing, which is conveniently make single serving coffees in the morning. The high end versions do have timers, which is handy if you do not want to leave your unit constant running.  This may also extend the life of the unit as well.

While not necessary, I do recommend the purchase of the carousel unit so that you can keep your k-cups in a merry go round dispenser. 

I normally rotate the drinks I have in the morning, depending on my personal mood.
