Club car parts can be purchased over the Internet for maintain your golf cart. You can also purchase used or refurbished parts, to save on costs versus buying new OEM Club Car parts. Club Car is the most well-known brand of Golf Cart makers in the USA.

There are various different parts you can buy for maintaining your golf carts.
If your cart needs mechanical work, you can purchase mechanical components to refurbish or repair golf carts.  Replacing the golf cart motor and gears is a great way to extend the life of your golf cart.  If your cart is used in rough areas, you may need to inspect and replace the suspension components for your golf cart.  This is a great way to make your golf cart feel like it is new.

Purchasing a lift kit for your cart may be necessary, if your carts are being used in rough terrain.  This will minimize the chances of having your golf cart chassis damaged due to low clearance issues.  You can do this yourself if you have mechanical skills, or you can have your authorized Club Car dealer perform this modification.

Performing cosmetic enhancements is a great way to extend the life of older carts.  You can purchase Seat backs, new mats for heavy traffic environments.  If your cart is used in a Southern location, you may want to also consider waxing and washing your golf car on a regular basis to maintain and protect the exterior finish.

If you are looking to differentiate your golf cart, you can also purchase custom wheels to stand out from the crowd.  Custom steering wheels are also available from aftermarket golf cart parts companies.  These can be installed onto your golf cart with basic mechanical skills.

Golf cart maintenance is fairly straight forward. The most important to look after and maintain are the golf cart batteries. Golf cart batteries must be properly maintained to ensure that they will last. You also do not want to be stranded in the middle of a course, due to bad golf cart batteries. Golf cart batteries should be charged after each full round.

If you do not have your own maintenance staff, you can also contact your local Club Car dealer to have them perform maintenance.  By outsourcing your golf cart maintenance, you can spend more time golfing, and eliminate the need to repair and source your own golf cart parts.
